I am graduating CCC within 2 months. I just got RFOs. My RFOs are to somewhere OCONUS. The problem is I wanted to REFRAD 1 year after CCC. I was a non scholarship cadet. I went to CCC late as well. AR 350-100 Table 3-2 says that for a PCS from CONUS to overseas the ADSO is equal to the prescribed tour length, see AR 614-30.
