Over the last 5 days, I spent 5 - 8 hours a day farming Master Lost Sectors to get a better idea of exotic drop rates and just a general sense of if they're worth farming over the Legendary version. Here's how many exotics I got per run with some thoughts on each lost sector's Master difficulty.People do report drought of 20+ legend lost sectors before an exotic. But on the long run, the drop rate is estimated to be around 20%. Ive gotten the new exotics basically from doing one lost sector. Usually if I’m farming rolls I’ll get exotics every 4 or 5 runs. TL;DR - Previoulsy farmed Exotic Arm Legend/Master Lost Sectors around 50+ times to try to get Ursa Furiosa, didnt get it until today after farming yesterdays and todays Legendary/Master Veles Labyrinth another 46 times. About 26 Master Sector runs only gave 3 Exotics. Okay, so duh a lot of people report this, at least from what I have seen.Over several weeks i grinded Legendary Lost Sectors (over 50 clears all "platinum rewards") and only received about 3 exotics to drop. The drop rate is beyond minimal and not to mention you have an equal chance to get the exotics you DONT want or need. On top of that the chances to get an usable roll are even lower.
