Taurus tracker 992 problems
1 - 4 of 4 Posts Wino · #2 · Jun 12, 2017 (Edited) Can't answer the spring question, but all my Trackers M992 4" & 6" and M17 become difficult to single or dbl when dirty from GSR or dust/dirt - usually 30-50 rounds and quick on a dusty day.Shortly after firing a few rounds with my Taurus 992 it developed an issue where I cannot pull the trigger or pull back on the hammer. I'm not sure what's going on here, originally I thought it was a cylinder issue so I swapped the .22 and .22 mag cylinders but both are doing the same thing.LOL 992 is a good well balanced gun and the 4" not quite as front heavy as the 6.5" 63 rds, .22LR Fed. Target ammo with no glitches of any nature in DA or SA. Empties ejected no problems. 63 rds. .22Mag Fed. Fame Shok JHP. Of the seven full cyl. I had 4 misfires (one in each) and no problems in three full.
