The Stream (V2) boxes have very minimal settings that can be accessed, none of which involve changing the picture quality. I realize this is a new way for Fios to deliver TV programming, but someone needs to know about the 720p issue. Hopefully it will only require a software update. For those that are wondering, I have Fios GB internet.I also noticed that when I set the fios mini one to 2160p the box momentarily goes into HDR 10 then forces Dolby Vision. In Dolby Vision Cinema Color Gamut and Gamma are greyed out. On the Verizon STB I recommend 1080i 16:9, and SD override "off". These initial settings will let you see how things are sent out from the program providers.You can get into the service menu on the Fios One by turning the power off at the switch on top of the box, then quickly pressing OK 2X on the remote. You'll see a big b&w menu, press the left arrow key in the middle of the remote. Then choose USER menu, go to additional HDMI settings, audio sync and choose manual.
