I discovered tonight that I can't make or receive calls nor can anyone on my account. Tried to get in touch with Verizon but nobody is working because it is thanksgiving. This is totally unacceptable. I am an emergency worker working on the holidays. Some things just need to be staffed all of the time.It is very important to get these calls and text messages as it concerns issues that are very important at this time . So why woould I not get calls , no missed call notification , no text !
