The 8- and 7-speed transmissions for all plants were assembled in Antwerp, so it is possible with same dates. Dexta was an earlier model (a Fordson), yours is a 1000-series 2000 (3-cylinder) Ford tractor. Let it sit a day or 2 that way then pull the plugs and spin it over to clear the cylinder of the tranny fluid. Doing that will help the compreassion also. Remove the cotter pin and clevis pin. Loosen the locknut on the clevis. Make a one turn adjustment to shorten the clutch linkage, and check to see if the PTO clutch is working. Thereafter, make half turn adjustments and check the PTO clutch. Just barely get it working and stop.Ford 2000 carb linkage adjustment and @#!$ flare fittings.l.
