Farming Hexenon manually is quite the slow process however it is considered an "uncommon" resource on Jupiter meaning a Distilling distractor will have 65% chance to gather it(75% with prime extractor) and it can gather around 50-100 each time so get the Warframe Companion app and keep sending a distractor to Jupiter every few hours and you'll have plenty of Hexenon with next to no effort. So it is obtained on Jupiter only, and survival/defense missions are usually the go-to for resources.
