Update: I wrote this same review on the Good Feet website. They contacted me and told me I could exchange the inserts every two years under their warranty. You just have to pay shipping and handling--$19.99. I replied, asking them if I could just go to the nearest Good Feet store and exchange my old ones for no fee.
