Spin on the Disappearing Ship Bug and a Fix! So I was on a planet exploring and noticed that my ship mission marker had hopped from the city I landed in to WAY out in the middle of nowhere. I paid it no mind and kept going. I spent an hour doing stuff then went to fast travel to my ship and I was teleported to floating in a white blob.

Exiting the ship led to my being clipped inside the landing module. I traveled to another location in New Atlantis, but encountered other bugs, such as not being able to talk to NPCs. Reloading a quicksave didn't resolve the issue. I'll need to go back to an earlier save. Edit: The NPC bug I encountered is different (Sgt. Yumi/Eyewitness mission).

Save before modifying. If your ship disappears after. Reload the last save. Switch to another ship and make it home ship. Then modify the ship you wish to. Make the modified ship home ship again. And boom both ships should be fine. 1.
