Unfortunately its not too connected to the base game events (as expected from a DLC character), but that also gives you a lot of freedom since your decisions in base game wont influence the romance (fuck you Valerie, I'm not gonna be a lawful stupid prick because of you and your yee yee ass haircut). High AC (particularly with a monk splash and/or DEX-based), high burst DPS via Spellstrike, good mix of arcane buffs. Unequip your characters' armor/shields if you want to make the Athletics and Mobility checks easier. Just remember to reequip them afterwards. Lawful good is probably the best for options but I think the game is more fun if you ignore the alignments and do whatever you want.
