Vizio tv sound cuts out when quiet
May 4, 2023 · Vizio Tv can lose sound when changing channels due to a few factors. It could be that the source of the audio has been changed from analog to digital, or vice versa. Another possibility is that there might be an issue with the HDMI cable itself. The settings for sound may also need adjusting if it’s too low or too high on certain channels.Basically as the title says. Tv is a Westinghouse brand tv (model WE50UL3019), and I have an Xbox one hooked up via hdmi. While watching Netflix etc, the audio cuts out during the quiet parts where there would be whispering, ambient sounds, etc. I'm honestly not sure what to do, I'm a complete noob at this so any help would be greatly appreciated.

This needs to be done using the buttons on the sound bar and not using the remote.
