I finally got around to checking it out. Took the trunk panel out, held in by a few push clips. Disconnected the camera and plug wire. Took a razor blade and went around the edges of the housing carefully until it came apart (it is glued together with a little glue). If this occurs more than once a year, I would recommend installing aftermarket ground wires on the battery itself.
