Borderlands 3 Quest Rewards are rewarded during or after a quest. This weapon isn't farmable, because it's either from a DLC Quest or 1 of the rare outliers. The only ways to farm this weapon are the Diamond Loot Room or utilizing Read-Only farming.It basically turns BL3 into BL2, world drops are basically gone, anointments don't spawn anymore, there's some scaling changes (largely to balance the loss of the damage you'd get from anointments) and some of the really good guns (Monarch, Hellwalker and stuff) are now pearls. I think drop sources have also been changed.

The Hellwalker has a two-bullet capacity and fires both when you shoot. Though I did find a three-bullet one that could fire twice. And with its recent buff, one with a 300/90 anoint is very desirable.
