Because UWorld questions are significantly more difficult than the AAMC, you will likely score much worse on them. I’ve often seen differences of 10-20% among my students. Note: I tried to simulate full length section tests on UWorld based on the percentages of questions I can expect on physics, biology, biochemistry, general chemistry, etc. I know these numbers fluctuate so I take the UWorld scores with a grain of salt. Uworld is much more content centric, but if you're chillin above 70%, look to definitely get 510+. Uworld tests your content knowledge. If you are getting 70% and above, you are in a good shape. It is not reflective of MCAT questions. My Uworld average was 75-80, got a 519 average on AAMC FLs, got a 518. AAMC QPack 1 85%. AAMC QPack2 90%.
