Oct 22, 2014 · Getting these 3 codes: SPN 97 FMI 3 water in fuel voltage short? SPN 97 FMI 15 and SPN 97 FMI 16, water in fuel I can't find diags for the 97/3 code. It was the FIRST code that came up. Shortly after that one came then the other two came. Posts: 2,138 Threads: 155. Joined: Jul 2011. 1 04-30-2019, 08:31 PM. 2012 Western Star 4900 with a DD15 in it. Amber warning light is on. Using DDDL8, I see 4 active fault codes and none have any diagnostic info. P115/5 Net Battery Current. P171/5 Ambient air temp. P373/5 Current below normal.
