It looks like the Rockwell/Beaver has uncommon threads (7/8-14) and #1 Morse tapers. I would keep looking. Here is another tube lathe, a Record, but I believe they make decent lathes. According to Tony's site, Delta bought Rockwell lathes in 1984. So, either the thread table has been replaced by a Delta plate or if original, suggests that this lathe is newer than '84.
