We only have 22 days to go and I had previously been able to click on "download edocs" with no issue, but beginning yesterday I could no longer click on it. I called NCL and they said it was because a change was made to my reservation (no clue what that could be) and the dept that handles this stuff would fix it on Monday as they are not open ...If so, sign in and go to the tab - "Getting Ready for Your Cruise."
