8 years ago. I'm having the same issue this week. I called AT&T and they have been no help. Her answer was to check the forums. I've had this issue in the past and it seemed to be a virus email that came in. I deleted all my email out of my trash, spam and inbox and it fixed it. I've done it twice this time and it is still moving them to my trash.Go to www.att.com or by using your myAT&T app. Login to the myAT&T app, scroll, and select "My plans & features" Hit the "plus" button next to your service and select "Manage my network & email" Select "Change Email Password" We understand how important it is to stay connected.
