The UPS proof of delivery provided me with the address to which it was delivered. I found the residents of the address and messaged them on Facebook with no response.the seller had to file a claim w dhl and were reluctant to give a refund but they finally did. In the meantime, I filed a claim with Paypal and uploaded my evidence there. After like, 2-3 weeks, the seller finally agreed to refund me. one nice thing is that whoever the package was misdelivered to dropped the package back off on my porch.
