You count what the machine tells you to count and you enter the quantity. Main tip: accurately report the counts. Smart counts drop onto your Zebra every morning, for pharmacy it's a list of drugs that the company wants you to get an updated count on.Walgreens will train you and get you certified through their ptcb program. The training and test are free. On the job training and such. It's a pretty good stepping stone for something like this, just have to sort of suffer through retail pharmacy for a bit.
