Where is the A/C Relay? Hello everyone, this is my first post. I am at my witts end.I cant seem to find my a/c relay. It is a 2005 Expedition. I have searched this forum and couldnt find the answer so I am starting this thread.I looked in the owners manual and all of the relays in the fuse box down by the kick pannel none are for the a/c.May 25, 2020 · I also found the wiring diagram for 2002+ models, and it shows an auxiliary high speed blower motor relay. I can't find where its located. I saw another post that mentioned that its located near the firewall just above the gas pedal, but that was for a 2000 model, and I don't find it there on my 2003 model. I'm guessing its the culprit, but I ...0. If you look under the front passenger side wheel arch towards the headlight, there is a cavity. The headlight is on the front part of the cavity and on the back part you will see a small batwing shaped device with a finned heatsink. That is the relay. It is held on by two small nuts and has a 4 pin connector.
