My takeaway was that the offensive casting was borderline useless and was overshadowed by the melee dps. My advice would be to drop the maximize and pact dice increase feats and enhancements. Biggest down side is that fire is a very resistable element, and unlike sorc/alch, you have no immunity bypass. Tiefling is the optimal choice for fiend warlock. Celestial has great spells, fey has misty step and disco ball, and the least resisted element.Bladeforged (or warforged) 18/2 warlock/pally can be really good. Cha based, celestial pact.
