The contained codecs are supported, so you can simply use Remux 1.4 to switch the container type from MKV to MP4. That only takes a few seconds. I installed ffmpeg and just do a ffmpeg -i infile.mkv -c copy outfile.mov. That will basically just rewrap it as a QuickTime, and retain all the quality.
