You have to turn off 'loose files' in your INI, i believe. That fixes the issue of graphic things in the nuka cars arena. It might fix other issues. If not, validate your files in steam. I don't know of any specific mods that can lead to graphic corruption, as the above guy, I only run about 15 mods or so. #2.You can turn on the power after you take the five parks. You can take the red rocket for yourself after you turn on the power. So you loose out on the perks and weapons that the gangs give you for taking Nuka-World and the three Commonwealth settlements.
