Re: Loudness of Fullsac exhaust. « Reply #1 on: February 03, 2012, 08:59:09 AM » i installed the FULLSAK HEADERS and the 2.25 baffles on my 2012 SESG, and totally love the sound. everyone i ride with comments on the deepness and throaty sound. not loud just beefyM8 Fullsac pipe install and opening feedback OK as noted in a prior post I ordered the M8 Fullsac headpipe. In the days prior to the arrival of the pipe (very fast shipping arrived to FL inside 4 days) I had removed the front footpad, the stock shields, the stock exhaust the aux cooler fan and the support bracket that holds the stock cross over pipe to the oil pan.

Question about Fullsac TechMat blanket kit. I have a 2020 CVO Road Glide with a decatted head pipe and 2" Fullsac cores in the stock mufflers. Put it back in and make sure everything is snug. Also could be a loose ground at the other end of the ground wire. If all connections are good and your battery is reading 12.7V then it is most likely a bad cell in the battery. That means the battery volts will show sufficient but because of the bad cell it can't provide enough cranking amps.I'm running the 1.75" with the Fullsac head pipe. Sound is very mellow, not a lot louder than stock, but definitely a throaty sound. I used 13" of the stock wrapping with the screens per recommendation from Fullsac. With the Kury 24D cam and this exhaust configuration I got 103/113 on the dyno.On another note I know you have the Fullsac exhaust and I would like to hear it in the valley if you don't mind.
