I'm assuming rerolling saves and flushing and re-flushing data by rerolling gear was causing some issues with the memory. Occasionally the System Collapse quickhack will bug out and when it's applied nothing will happen, I have noticed this every once in awhile. I think it's related to how much the CPU is processing at the time tbh. Some of the WIndows users report this problem too. Most likely some sort of windows library causes this to happen. And wine prefix uses this library. Devs reported on their website that they know about this issue and working on a fix. Just need to wait it out.
