Their burnt ends were cooked well with a slight crispiness to them, and we really enjoyed the beef rib and baked beans. He recommended the Kansas City Combo with a choice of two meats. The choices - Chicken (white or dark), pork ribs, sliced meat (any type), burnt ends - beef, sausage, lamb ribs, beef ribs. I went with lamb and sliced beef, together with a side of beans and au gratin potatoes. Everything was fabulous.
