I feel like the problem is that bad scavs already don't care about the rep at all- that's why they're bad scavs to begin with. You might get the satisfaction of knowing they lost a ton of rep, but they don't care. Increase the rep penalty, the scav timer, whatever- unless it affects their character / ability to kill in the raid, it likely wont ... Just do a car extract and you're all good to go. Alright so I’ve been on the edge of going negative with fence now for about a week. Just did a scav run and saw a player with three guns and overall just looked like a pmc. NOPE. So now I’m -0.04 rep with fence. If you have bad rep with Fence, you don’t really miss out on much other than paying a little bit more for using car extract. It takes forever to level your Fence rep. Scav and Car extracts usually don’t provide a lot of rep. Diminishing returns does not help either.
