Honestly a 77% on the new free 120 is pretty in line with low 240s. Each q and each percentage point matters in these tests. For reference, I took nbme 6 (258), 7 (245), 8 (264), uw1 (256) and uw2 (254) and got a 86% on free 120. However, I would say that if one was taking just UW assessments then it is possible that you get either an over (if you have done the qbank consistently) or under (if you are taking it as a baseline) prediction on your performance.Day 2 - No biostat or ethics or drug ads. More like step 2 with next step and management decisions. A few pharm questions. Know algorithms for things like thyroid nodule or lung nodule. Finished with only 1-2 minutes on each section.
