Here are a few pictures.....a 2 line address found on a 1900 vintage 4-3/4" barrel and the single line address found on a 1900 vintage 5-1/2" or 7-1/2" barrel. I'm also including the 45 colt. caliber marking that was used in the 1900 era. The 2 line patent date with rampant colt in a circle is correct for 1900.Doing more research and I think the slide is early to mid 1918 based on: Larger .11" san serif MODEL OF 1911.U.S.ARMY stamp started at SN 260,000.
