You can get max speed on an ATM pickaxe w/ enchants and apotheosis, easily enough. Going through any extra hassle isn't worth it, imo. You can get ATM in less than half an hour from starting, if you really wanted to. Even on other gear, it's not really worth it.

The command is also recognised if typed into chat with cheats enabled, but appears unrecognised if cheats are off (which they are by default).
