Looks like Toyo just released their updated Open Country all-terrain, the AT-III. Looks like limited sizing initially but I'm sure they will have more sizes available later on. However a quick glance shows the common sizes available and they're pretty light weight. Most notably the one that has my eye is the 285/75/17 C-rated that weighs 59 pounds.So after some research from all forums all over the internet. I have come up with the following method that appears to be the procedure required to fit 275/70/17s on 2.5" lift (ie:daystar). 1) Adjustable Upper Control. 2) 1.25" Wheel Spacers.Squeezing 285/70/17 on a stock 5th Gen. This is the result of swapping to 285/70/17 KO2's on a stock ride. Let me know what you think.

The other ones I'm looking at are 275/70/17 tires, specifically the BFG KO2's. I love the looks of this tire and they come in a white letter which I do like. May 7, 2020 · Messages: 100. Gender: Male. Something to consider, the 275 is only available in a load E, the 265/70 is available in a load C. This is 10 lbs extra per tire for the 275, for a gain of .6" in tire height and .2" in width.
