I'm level 14 and this is the third time that I have been in the area. First time, I walked down the main road on route to Solitude for Diplomatic Immunity. Second time, I turned on the path shortly before the path to Moss Mother Cavern so I could cut through the woods to go clear Bilegulch Mine.Dec 10, 2013 · Description.
