I’m trying to figure out next steps . I'm also curious for an explanation of the process. I had 2 applications say "Offer Phase (EXT)" and the only communication from USPS was for me to setup the GIS driving record check. Now a week later one of those changed back to Pre-Hire List and the other still says offer phase.There will be a link that expires after 3 days to accept or decline the position. It will also have a pdf on how to schedule an appointment for fingerprints. You will also get a separate email for a background check. After that happens pre hire list will change to offer phase ext.
