Bunker doesn't drop the Bee, it drops the Sham. Hunter Hellquist is your best bet for a Bee Shield in the main game. The drop rate's low, but it's not as low as a few other legendaries. Plus, it's a pretty quick farm, so it's not that bad. Your other option is to farm the Treants from the Tiny Tina DLC, as they also have a fairly decent chance ...But well you get to the forest pretty fast, just do the first mission and you‘ll get to flamrock refuge and then the next mission is to go into the forest.
