Im the fastest filler and because we are so busy I can handle by myself what 2 techs can in the filling area since I have to have a dedicated tech for vaccines and testing. So if the annual raise only hit below the pay floor then the tech will just hit the floor. If the tech already makes above the minimum then they'll get their performance review raise.
