LOVELY views of Fuji. Review of Oishi Park. Reviewed March 17, 2023 via mobile. We were staying in Fujiwakaguchiko and drove to Oishi park in the late afternoon. There was ample parking space. Kids had fun at the playground and watching swans by the water. The view of Mt Fuji was fantastic from this park!!

The small Oishi Park offers fantastic views of Mt. Fuji, with flowers or grasses in the foreground and looking out over Lake Kawaguchi toward the mountain. It was a bit crowded when we visited, but not irritatingly so. Oishi Park houses beautiful flowers in Spring, Summer and Autumn. It is relatively dull in Winter, but you do get quite a nice view of Mount Fuji and the Lake Kawaguchiko on a clear day. An alternative during Winter is to view Mount Fuji from Chureitos Pagoda instead.
