This mod configuration is all about getting your melee back quickly. We use Melee Kickstart to get a chunk of melee energy back from using Hammer Strike, increased further if you have Armor Charge. Redesign the melee kickstart mod to prevent it from interacting with combat style mods at all, whether that be that melee kickstart can not activate at the same time as cobat style mods that have a similar effect or preferably that melee kickstart activates regardless of other sources of melee energy (Yes, I'm aware this is much easier said ...By incorporating Heavy Handed and Melee Kickstart, you can attain an infinite Shield Bash, making for a perfect combination.
