I have worked with support on multiple calls to try and figure out why my system will not receive an update. The system has been on WiFi since the day I installed it. Support has sent me two replacement base stations and my system will still not receive updates. My software versions are: 2.3.1.0 for the base station. 1.6.2 for two keypadsBoth my iPad and iPhone experience the same issues despite multiple attempts to update the app, iOS, and base station software. This needs to be addressed before any additional app updates are made as I cannot add my components that I need to have working (which is why we all pay the monitoring fee - to use the system).1.
