MedStar Health is a part of the Nurse Residency Program of the University Health System Consortium and the American Association of Colleges of Nursing.I am looking everywhere in nor cal/Bay Area Stanford, Kaiser, John Muir, uc Davis , and then smaller hospitals too. Stanford has a residency program that only requires 6 months or less experience. I don’t know how hard these programs are to get into tho! I am starting to prep now and trying to figure out what I can do to help myself stand out
