I just watched this episode as part of the 2023-24 Twilight Zone marathon on SyFy. I see this as Floyd Burney caught in a time loop caused by his greed, arrogance, and disrespect for people and places he views as "lesser." There's no telling how many times this tableau has played out, but Mary Rachel says it always ends the same.Yes I'm not surprised for a mini marathon then playing the most popular of the shows one of my favorite things about the annual Twilight zone marathon is that it shuffles through all of the series as opposed to going in a chronological order like when I put it on my DVD or a streaming Network like you said.
