My leadership skill is still at 17, I pumped 5 focus points in it but it doesn´t increase, I have a constant Moral level of 75. Same thing with medicine. I assigned myself as surgeon and heal in cities but its still very low at 24. The skills in general train way to slow in my opinion :-/If you're playing on 1.4, you can have them level their trade skill by making that companion lead a caravan.
