I’m currently a Verizon customer looking to do an upgrade with the current promotion. My current phone (iPhone 12 pro max) is already paid off and I’m looking to trade it in for the $800 towards a new phone but I was reading some pretty negative reviews on a Verizon community page about peoples experience with this trade-in offer that’s made me hesitate.
