You need to have a second user join the franchise and fire the OC (cannot be someone who will be managing a team as they will have the same problem.). You can then hire that OC and let the CPU generate a new one.Go to members or users teams,invite a friend have them fire the oc or whoever for the team yu pic and yu just sign them. 2 seasons in a row I've had to Sim because there are no Offensive Coordinators for me to hire and it won't let me play any games manually. I'm in the 2032 season and have played nearly every game until this started.
