I order another free converter to try and do this but since the remote are programed the same it changes both channels.

This will reboot the stb and correct most minor issuesLoose coax could be an issue but not likely.If the coax was loose or bad then most likely you would have other symptoms. BUT you cant totally eliminate that as a possibility until you reseat it. maybe as a last resort.... It may be a HDMI handshake issue, or possibley even a cable issue. Have you tried a different HDMI cable if that's what you are using. If it senses 4K from the receiver, it will set itself to 2160 out. That might conflict with what the TV is set to, resulting in no picture.
