465 ramp closures
Starting on Aug. 5, INDOT crews will be closing the on-ramp from Allisonville Road to I-465 eastbound and it will remain closed through 2024. Ramp and lane closures to look out for on I-465I-69 Finish Line is the sixth and final section of the new Interstate 69 connection between Evansville and Indianapolis. It will begin in Martinsville and end at I-465 in Indianapolis. THE PROJECT INCLUDES: More than 26 miles of new interstate highway. 8 miles of new lanes for a wider I-465. More than 35 lane-miles of new local access roads.The U.S. 31 southbound to I-465 westbound ramp closure will remain in place through the end of the project in 2024. All other ramps will reopen by 5 a.m. on Monday, March 13. A similar restriction for eastbound I-465 is currently scheduled for March 24-27, but those dates could change depending on weather conditions.
