If you want to do TWF, then the best builds are the Scaled Fist 1/Vivisectionist 1/Sorc 4/AT x/EK y, or the Vivi 1/Eldritch Scoundrel 4/AT x/EK y. Or if you don't want to play around too much with buffs, Scaled Fist 1/Knife Master 3/Vivisectionist 16. If you want no buffs at all, then a Monk/Knife Master.Crusader can start as support, then grow up to shield bash.
