Dec 6, 2008 · This pump, motor for that fact, valves, injectors,etc have never been touched in 3,200 hrs. I change the oil every 100 hrs , and it's got near 3,300 or a bit more after running the auger this fall. Slow cranking and short solenoid life is a symptom of a 4020 that needs an auxiliary cranking relay installed.4020 diesel injector pump timing.
