The Variations sounds too smooth, the M9 simply has better defined and crisper detail. Imaging and layering on the M9 is also a significant step up.Blessing 2 is a lot cheaper, around $240 on Ali at the moment after discounts and coupons. It's also very good, to my ear it has more bass than it seems to graph with, it's not totally bass anemic. It's even warmer than the Dusk version, with more mid-bass. The Dusk presumably isn't more than the Variations or Oracle though, is it?To summarize, the Blessing 3 is a technically competent IEM that impresses listeners right from the first try. My question is this: what are the sonic differences between the S8, the blessing 2 and blessing 2 dusk, and...But I am interested in trying an IEM at the similar price/performance level as Blessing 2 Dusk. Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions? I know audio is a personal preference. I am leaning towards Sennheiser IE 500 Pro (used) or IE 600. Reason is I have a cheap pair of Sennheiser CX 80s and I really love the audio quality.Yeah Timeless makes Sundara sound a bit dull in comparison to my ears.
