For months now my original Peloton bike has been telling me "Update Available" but if I attempt the update, it hangs forever on "Downloading Update". After a reboot, the bike is still usable, it just won't perform an update. I've done a factory reset, moved to a new wifi, and spent 1.5 hours on chat support re-performing the factory reset.TLDR: If the pelotons telemetry plug is loose it causes the cadence/resistance to freeze, causing the entire tablet to freeze and become unresponsive until you hold the button for 15-20 seconds and hard reboot it and it comes back on.
